This was the last piece of the home renovations. This beautiful aquarium was to be installed in his office, where he could enjoy some of his favourite collection of fish while hard at work. The tank design was custom sized to fit the space perfectly.
Once the aquarium arrived in Australia, we organised a crane delivery due to its weight and size. Manufactured from 19mm glass, this aquarium needed some specialised equipment for installation.
To maintain our high level of standards, our overflow is designed to operate silently, with multiple redundancies factored into the design, giving us piece of mind that the filtration and plumbing can handle the performance we require for such a large system.
This system is designed as the long term home to an amazing collection of rare and monster fish. Our goal at Auburn Aquarium and Terrarium, is to make sure our custom systems are created with a focus on the long term reliability of equipment and redundancy of some extremely crucial systems. We opted for a twin return pump design using Ecotech Vectra pump, to make sure our filtration would function in the event of one failure.
This aquariums lighting is suspended from the roof above. Our skilled team make the nessassary modifications to allow us to neatly and safely mount the custom made lighting system.
