We follow the guidelines provided by the ACCC and Australian Consumer Law that protects you as a consumer in Australia. Below is the terms for refunds and returns.


Change of Mind

 The following terms apply to the return of goods based on change of mind. Please note that we are not obligated to offer a refund on goods based on a change of mind. We may allow a return on a case-by-case basis provided the goods satisfy the following criteria.

  1. Must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
  2. Must be returned within 7 Days of Purchase
  3. Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we have received your request using the form below, we will contact you regarding the return.


Item Received Damaged


If you receive a product that is broken in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please fill in the form below and state the reason for return as - Damaged in Transit. We will then contact you with further instructions.


Faulty within Manufacturer Warranty


If your product becomes faulty, please fill in the below form and state the reason for return as - Warranty. You will then be contacted regarding your return.
