Before anything is confirmed, our team will produce a 3D rendering of your new project to make sure once the project is complete, it fits the space and ultimately satisfies the customers requirements.
To maintain our high standard of quality, we use international manfacturing that allows us to offer our customers additional options that in the Australian market would often be considered extras. Options such as polished edges, water jet cutting, seam reinforcement and much more.
Once your aquarium has arrived with us, we handle the delivery to your property with the safest and most professional delivery service we can provide. We guarantee your tank will arrive safely and securely.
To avoid any miscommunication we provide a clear and concise set of details illustrating what infrastructure we require to achieve our goals. Our installations often require involvement from licenced electricitians and plumbers to perform modifications to the home, allowing us to install some components related to automation and equipment.
Where possible, we encourage the investment into system automation where our customers see an overall improvement in system stability, fish health and a significant reduction in hands on maintenance.
For those customers who choose Auburn Aquarium and Terrarium for their custom installation, we offer an ongoing contract for servicing and maintenance.
