Aqua Illumination HMS Hanging Kit

AquaIllumination HMS Hanging Kit

The AquaIllumination HMS Hanging Kit is a clean and adjustable ceiling-mounting solution designed for use with the AI HMS Multi Light Track. It allows one or multiple AquaIllumination Hydra lights to be suspended above the aquarium while giving you control over the overall mounting height.

This makes it an excellent option for reef aquariums where maximum adjustability, open access to the tank and a minimal mounting appearance are important.

Key Features

• Designed for the AI HMS Multi Light Track
• Suitable for hanging one or multiple Hydra lights
• Ceiling-mounted installation
• Adjustable overall light height
• Includes quick-lock adjustment
• Mounts to the sides of the HMS Track
• Includes the necessary hanging hardware
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ideal for larger multi-light reef setups

Flexible Height Adjustment

The hanging system allows the entire HMS rail and lighting setup to be raised or lowered as required.

Adjusting the mounting height can help fine-tune:

• Light spread
• PAR distribution
• Coverage across wider tanks
• Access to the aquarium
• Overall appearance of the lighting system

Designed for Multi-Light Setups

The HMS Hanging Kit is particularly useful when running multiple AquaIllumination Hydra fixtures on a single HMS rail. Instead of individually suspending each light, the complete rail can be supported with one coordinated hanging system.

Requirements

The HMS Hanging Kit requires:

• A compatible HMS Mounting Rail sized for your aquarium
• Appropriate Hydra mounting brackets for each light

These components are sold separately.

The AquaIllumination HMS Hanging Kit is a great choice for aquarists wanting a neat, adjustable and professional way to suspend an HMS multi-light system above their reef aquarium.
