Active Ingredient
Each tablet contains:
- 100 mg Praziquantel
Praziquantel is commonly used to treat parasitic flatworms, including flukes and tapeworms.
Dosage
Dose 1 tablet per 20 litres of aquarium water.
Pre-dissolve the tablet in a disposable cup of aquarium water before adding it to the tank.
Treatment Directions
- Dose 1 tablet per 20 L
- Maintain strong aeration during treatment
- Remove activated carbon from the filtration system
- After 48 hours, change approximately 25% of the aquarium water
- Clean the filter media after the initial treatment period
- Repeat the dose after 7 days to help prevent reinfestation
- Do not overdose
A small amount of cellulose residue may remain after dissolving the tablets. This is normal and harmless to fish.
Important Information
Use with caution in aquariums containing snails or Corydoras catfish. If adverse effects occur, discontinue treatment and perform a 50% water change.
Do not use on fish intended for human consumption.
